I think neeko should be able to camouflage with terrain
It would fit with her theme and as is she’s not that good champ. It could prove for a good add

Where would you want to implement this, tho? Besides, she already represents that chamelion thematic pretty well by being able to copy a champion and being able to turn invisible. Putting even more emphasis on this by giving her camouflage on top of her invisibility seems a bit much for me.
