Can we have some kind of Champ thats like gnar in the sense hes a tough marksman? He needs to have a russian accent and be a reference to cossack horsemen. With a dictator skin that makes him look like stalin?
Basically an more gruff braum that has a gun. (but not quite)

The stereo type of a big russian man with a big run or weapon is overly used.
Braum is big, but he carries a shield Tristana carries a big gun, but she is small.
Break the meta, think outside the box.
In the history books, agaisnt the Nazi's, the Russians where very good snipers, men & women. Consider that (not another sniper, as in break the stereotype)
