Aether Wisp and its upgrades become sort of a mage equivalent to the Zeal Item line. Aether Wisp +25 Ability Power +4% Movement Speed (Unique Passive)** Echo** Moving and casting grants charge, up to a max of 100. At 100 charge your next spell deals 20 additional magic damage to the target and 3 nearby enemies.

(New) Timeless Scroll +30 Ability Power +5% Cooldown Reduction (Unique Passive) Written Time Reduces the cooldown of magic damage basic abilities by .35 sec

Hextech Spellslinger Sheen+Aether Wisp+Hextech Revolver +65 Ability Power +250 Mana +20% Cooldown Reduction +7% Movement Speed (Unique Passive) Spellblade After casting a spell, your next basic attack deals 100% basic attack damage plus 25-75(+30% AP) as magic damage to the target and nearby enemies.

Grovecaller's Wand Aether Wisp+Wand+Tome +85 Ability Power +10% Cooldown Reduction +6% Movement Speed (Unique Passive) Briefroot Build charge by casting spells and moving, max of 100 stack. At 100 Stacks, your next spell deals 30(+10% AP) additional magic damage to the target and nearby enemies as well as rooting them for .5 sec

Timeless Scroll Build Paths

TImedrifter's Stopwatch Timeless Scroll+Wand +80 Ability Power +5% Cooldown Reduction (Unique Passive) Every 30 sec, your next damaging spell with reduce to cooldown of your Ultimate cooldown by 12%. Hand of Time Codex+Timeless Scroll+Tome +85 Ability Power +15% Cooldown Reduction (Unique Passive) Timeless Magic damage basic abilities have a 1 sec reduced cooldown. This does not effect crowd control abilities, displacement or immunity abilities.
