Loading Into Game Bug

I have no way to reproduce this bug or of any precursor that might cause it but, two games have resulted in me getting leaver buster because the In- Game Loading screen never popped up for me when it typically would for someone starting a new match. The client says that its loading but then the second window never appears and after a couple of minutes the after game lobby screen pops up and shows that i left the game.

Update, not the exact same event but I load into game but I load in so late that the game has already started and other players are out in their lanes. This all occurs when one would think they are in a typical loading screen, except that it takes longer.
