Bilgewater is a land where honesty means nothing and a person's companionship is only worthwhile while there's still something of theirs to steal. How precisely such an environment ended up producing someone like Tuesday remains a great mystery. Born on the deck of a ship and raised under sails and stars, Tuesday knew far more about the sea than she'd ever care to learn about the land. Her parents, merchants by trade, were eager to make an honest living. But the men and women of their city-state were not eager to let them.
Tales were spread of her parents' fantastic riches – tales that were complete lies, but merely the fact that they owned a ship was enough to inspire jealousy in Bilgewater's common-folk. Travelling from port to port, they conducted their affairs as normal, trying to keep a positive outlook, but it soon became difficult to ignore the negativity they were receiving. One night, they knew things had reached a boiling point. A storm was quickly approaching Blue Flame Island, and yet at the time it seemed safer to remain out in the sea and brave the storm, than to enter port and brave the people within it.
The storm turned out to be even worse than expected. Two bad opportunities presented themselves: stay in place and be battered against the rocks, or make port and open the ship up to plunder. But Tuesday had a third solution: she believed there was a way out of the storm, if only someone could climb to the top of the sails and adjust them. Without hesitation, she volunteered herself, and succeeded brilliantly. Until, in a flash of violet light, she was struck down by a bolt of lightning.
She plummeted off the stern and into the water. Her parents, heartbroken but unwilling to waste her sacrifice, continued onward. Then, they saw it – racing alongside the ship, a bright flash of light moving quickly. The light jumped aboard, and it was Tuesday, seemingly back from the dead. Energy coursed through her, making her more energetic than ever before. As she came to longingly embrace her mother, glad to be reunited, the woman winced in pain. Tuesday was distraught that her very touch brought burns to the parent she loved so deeply.
A solution presented itself to Tuesday's problem of boundless energy: she now fights as a means to discharge her electricity. Though she is always tired from her long fights, when she greets her parents, now in the protection of the Institute of War, and is able to touch them without hurting them, she knows it is worth it.

#ABILITIES» Innate - Electroshock Therapy
After using an ability, Tuesday's next autoattack will cause her to dash 125 units to her target.
Tuesday recovers 0.5% of her maximum health for each enemy with a Positive Charge she damages. The cooldown of Tuesday's abilities are reduced by 0.5 seconds for each enemy with a Negative Charge she damages.
Q - Frenzy (linear shillshot)
Passive: When Tuesday autoattacks an enemy champion with a Positive Charge, an electric shark attacks it and seeks to attack nearby Positive Charges. This shark deals 20/35/50/65/80 (+10% AP) magic damage to enemies it feeds on and won't feed on the same enemy twice.
Active: Tuesday calls forth a frenzy of 8 sharks made out of electricity that deal 80/140/200/260/300 (+40% AP) magic damage in a line to all enemies they pass through. Sharks will break formation to feed on nearby enemy champions slowing them by 20/30/40/50/60% for 2 seconds and damaging them over the duration if they haven't been damaged by Frenzy already. Enemies damaged by Frenzy's Active are afflicted with a Positive Charge for 4 seconds.

W - Shock Hazard (self-cast/self-centered)
Tuesday overflows with electricity for 6 seconds gaining 10/25/40/55/70 (+4% AP) armor and magic resist. Each second during Shock Hazard, lightning will strike the location of nearby Positive or Negative Charges dealing 20/50/80/110/140 (+8% AP) magic damage per charge and slowing them by 15% for 1.5 seconds.

E - Break-Pulse (linear skillshot)
Tuesday pierces through enemies in target direction dealing 120/155/190/225/260 (+100% AR)(+100% MR) magic damage to enemies she passes through. If Tuesday hits an enemy champion, she stuns it for 1 second and uses Break-Pulse to return to her original location. Enemies damaged by Break-Pulse are afflicted with a Negative Charge for 4 seconds.

R - Full Sail! (linear skillshot)
Tuesday calls forth a massive fleet of ships made out of electricity. After 0.75 seconds, the fleet flies forward dealing 250/325/450 (+80% AP) magic damage to enemies in its path and leaving behind a trail for 4 seconds. Full Sail! consumes any Charges it comes in contact with and gains 10% more range and speed for each consumed Charge. Tuesday and her allies gain 15/30/45% increased movement speed while on the trail.
