@Riot New Graves Splash Art - Tobacco
While it fits his theme, It's still bad Riot is promoting smoking indirectly.
His old splash art did not have him smoking tobacco.
This is probably going to be ignored but I thought i'd throw it out there.

I don't always smoke, but when I do, I choose Feral brand cigars.
He smoked a cigar in the New Dawn cinematic. If anything, Graves should be smoking in-game, too.

I'm sorry, how is it promoting smoking? NOTHING in the splash art says to go smoke tobacco or do anything with it in general as well as it not saying that it's good or bad.
and how do you know it's tobacco... he could be smoking hemp or something else. why are you jumping to conclusion i'ts a video game. in that case GTA v should not be sold to anyone under 18. because of the nudity, violence, drugs, and alcohol usage in the game but i know kids under 10 that play it so get off your high horse and realize it's just a game. Games don't turn you into anything it is your choice. video games don't twist anyone's arm to do anything.
