#Passive: Seized Strength
Ciela steals 1% of her total ~~ Attack Damage~~ every time she damages an enemy champion, up to a max of 20 times for 20%. Lasting for up to 5 Seconds out of champion combat.
#Q: Circle Scythe

Ciela slashes her scythe horizontally damaging enemies in a 250 Unit 145° Cone, and then shoots out a projectile scythe made out of energy that flies in a direction and then stops in place and spins for 2 Seconds. Projectile deals damage with every rotation and rotates 4/5/6/7/8 times in a 150 Radius.
Slash deals 60/90/120/150/180 +
40/45/50/55/60% Attack DamagePhysical Damage. Projectile deals 24/28/32/36/40 +25% Bonus Attack DamageMagic Damage every rotation.

Ciela conjures up a magic pillars from the ground in a target direction, summoning each pillar 0.1 Seconds after the previous. Summons 8/10/12/14/16 pillars that are 50 Units large. Pillars burst out of the ground dealing 40/65/90/115/140 +
20% Attack DamageMagic Damage and knocking enemies airborn for 1 Second, each pillar lasts 4 Seconds and acts like an impassable wall. Multiple pillars can hit the same enemy.

Ciela flips forward and strikes with her scythe while spinning. Deals 70/110/150/190/230 +
80% Attack DamagePhysical Damage to all units passed through in a 125x350 Unit line, and slows enemies by 35% for 2 Seconds. (Can flip over walls)
#R: Impending Doom
CD 140/110/80 | Cost 125/150/175 | Range - | Radius 150
Ciela gathers all her energy and shoots out an enormous sphere of vile energy. Targeting any enemy champion the sphere will soar through the air at 5000 Units per second until within 1,500 Units of the target, once close enough the sphere will slow down to 250 Units per second, following them until it reaches its target. Deals 250/400/550 +
150% Attack DamageMagic Damage and applies 10 Siezed Strength stacks to the target, deals 50% Damage to enemies passed through.
If the enemy don't have a giant shield/windwall then that orb WILL reach its target, even if it takes 2 minutes. Allies can play as though the R is you coming in for a gank, but you won't have to leave lane and will receive a huge buff once it hits, so you'll be able to fight your opponent with a surprise AD boost.
