Should Riot release old skins like headless hecarim
and Haunted moakai? 
I think there is a lot of good skins out there, which I cant get anylonger. (Riot, I would probably by some of them!) What do you think, guys? Would you like Riot to release old skins?[slayer-pantheon-rainbows]
they're on the store till 16th of november...
Now I think you're just stating things they already do. Many "Legacy" skins come out at events/holidays often or can be received in Mystery Gifts.
