Elrys, the Nightblade

(Again, backstory isn't finished, but the base details are there, story sucks by the way)

An assassin with a past shrouded in mystery. At a very young age the small village Elrys lived in was wiped off of the map by a large corporation. The Corporation in question kept the children and trained them to be assassins. In her late teenage years, during a job, Elrys came in contact with a strange Cloak that, upon contact, fused with her. Using the powers of the Cloak, Elrys was eventually able to escape her captors and look into the truth behind her upbringing. Filled with rage over the discovery of her past, she set out to destroy the Corporation that took her chances at having a normal life from her.

Elrys fights by utilizing throwing daggers for range, and Dual Daggers for melee combat.

Elrys Basics Base Max LVL Health 550 - 2100 Health Regen 6 - 15 Mana 300 - 1000 Mana Regen 7 - 12 Melee 150 Attack Damage 55 - 110 Armor 15 - 75 Magic Res. 30 - 60 Mov Speed 360

Passive - Blood Drinker Elrys heals for 15% of all Crits, she also gains a 10% Movement Speed boost for 2 seconds after every Crit

Q - Throwing Daggers 35 Mana. Range - 500 3 second Cooldown Elrys changes her Melee attack to a Ranged Attack, each Ranged Attack costs Mana. Each level Increases Elrys's attack speed while her Ranged attack is active. Daggers that hit the back automatically Crit (Crit can only activate every 3 seconds)

W - Shadowstep 85 Mana. 45 Second Cooldown. Range - 75 4 Charges Elrys quickly dashes in any direction, becoming untargetable during the dash. This dash can go through walls and units, if Elrys collides with a target that target will be slowed by 15% for 1 second and Elrys will immediately appear behind the target. The cooldown refreshes all 4 charges, not one charge at a time

E - Fan of Blades 100 Mana. 50 Second Cooldown. Range - 325 Physical Damage 30/80/100/140/170 (+ 45% Bonus AD) (+ 15% Bonus AP) Elrys throws out a large fan of Daggers which slow all enemys effected by 20% for 3 seconds. Fan of Blades can apply on hit effects and can Crit. Fan of Blades also leaves a small handful of Daggers stuck in the ground, these act as traps dealing half damage to anyone who steps on them and slowing them for 20% for 3 seconds. Daggers last for 45 seconds.

R - Shadow Manipulation 220 Mana. 100 Second Cooldown. Range - 400 Physical Damage 7 Hits Elrys hits Enemy Champions in a 400 Range Champions hit Multiple times take half damage per extra hit and are stunned for 3 seconds PER extra hit. Shadow Manipulation applies on hit effects and can Crit. Elrys is untargetable for the duration of her Ult.

Trinket - Cloak of Darkness 150 Second Cooldown Range - Viewing Range At level 6 Elrys replaces her base Trinket with the Cloak of Darkness. This Cloak can be used to allow Elrys to instantly dash to the edge of the Fog of War or to any Bush. The Cloak increases in power for every Kill or Assist she recieves.

At 4 Kills/Assists Elrys gains a 5% AD Boost At 8 Kills/Assists Elrys gains a 15% Movement speed Boost, Elrys can now use Cloak of Darkness to instantly dash behind an enemy Champion At 12 Kills/Assists Elrys stays Stealthed for 2 seconds after leaving a Bush or using the Cloak of Darkness. At 16 Kills/Assists Elrys gains an Oracle Effect for 30 seconds after using the Cloak of Darkness At 20 Kills/Assists All of Elrys's abilities apply a Bleed Effect and double their Slow percentage

Her passive seems like old Warlords....which was inherently broken. Seems to copy ideas from Jhin, Shaco, and Talon. The ult has an ungodly mana cost, the w has an ungodly cooldown, and that trinket passive is broken as hell.

Those stats seem way too good IMO. 400 base MS is Godly, not to mention that this champion gains MR from leveling up, and has the biggest melee attack range of anyone. And with no particularly significant bad stats to counterbalance these.
