Malzahar bugs

I've noticed two things that have started happening very recently while Jungling with Malzahar

One, sometimes (very rarely) when Malefic Visions kills a Monster in the Jungle, it wont count towards you killing it. I have noticed it a few times now in the span of 3 games. One actually happened during my start too, no other champions were around, and there was no other source of damage.

Two, sometimes, (again very rarely) Malzahars voidlings will spawn and insta die, I've noticed it a few times, it only happens to voidlings summoned AFTER the initial voidling is summoned.

Adding to this, apparently Malzahars Voidlings can reset Jungle Camps. Dont know if this is intended or not, but its very annoying and kinda screws over Malzahar during his jungle start.
