[Lore Concept] Syndra, the Sovereign of Ionia

I was requested by some folk to post the finished/finalized version of my Syndra lore update I worked on ... two years? at this point. While the overall lore background reached a satisfactory state, I was still in progress for the VO section somewhat. Third draft was undergoing a tonal shift away from the 'flawless Imperial Empress' motif and more personal/flawed (so it wasn't conflated with Azir so much). For the most part most of the work was done there, I hadn't finalized what was up with the items or such, though.
I've come to understand this isn't aligning with the new Ionia canon, so I'm not so sure how useful it is really. I hope you all enjoy it, though.
