kinda looks like underworld leblanc
The sort of blurred/translucent bubbles near the bottom left-hand corner just take away from the overall quality and just make it look messy, especially where the top edge cuts across the glowing circles in the background.
The lighting is entirely off. You have the fireball thing as one of your light sources, from which the lighting on Ahri herself fits. But all the other glowing trails and circles everywhere don't match at all with it.
The two dots at the bottom below the text just look garish anda out of place.
The small dots that are scattered everywhere just look low resolution and messy.
The text is just distracting and takes away from your main focal (which you have a double focal basically anyways which is sort of bad as well). Rule of thirds.
For focusing on the fireorb as one of your focals, you still have too much focus and concentration on Ahri herself which detracts and distracts the viewer's focus.
The colors are too bright and the fireorb in particular is harsh on the eyes. Oversaturation is present as well with the cyan and blue colors.
Blending is somewhat there but for me, it just feels more unintentional, due to all the light trails and dots just obscuring the actual focal rather than properly blending it in.
I'd try to focus less on spamming all sorts of extraneous details like those circles and first work on choosing a singular focal (double focals can work but they take a lot more experience) and then blending the image around that and helping the rest of it "melt" or otherwise "fall into" the background. This helps it give a more unified feel. Lighting and shading should also be centered around said main focal, while contrasting with the rest of the tag/signature and darkening as you go away from it, following the proper directions and reflections of light as needed. I'd hold off on text altogether until you get more experienced. And I'd try to use as high resolution of images as possible to avoid the somewhat "blurred" look that feels off from the rest of the signature.
For example, one of my friends on another forum created this signature for a competition (he won): https://i.imgur.com/BKklYcY.gif The lighting (apart from the animation) immediately draws your attention to the man's TV-face. As you step out from the momentary drawing of your eyes, you see that the rest of the signature is darkened to avoid focus towards other parts of the signature. You also see the mottled-glass window style with various dots of light placed behind said man, thus the front side (where a silhouette would prevent vision) is extremely darkened. This also helps the man's body blend into the rest of the darkness surrounding that immediate area, thus giving a feel that it's all one flowing piece. The lighting from the background matches up with the lighting on the man himself, which the creator did by shading and highlighting specific parts to make sure of said effect. The last touches is the galaxy/star textures which make for a nice texture on the soft and warm darkness.
By having good usages of light and darkness, you can let the viewer's eyes not be strained as much and let them focus in on one specific part instead of just looking around everywhere or being punished by too harsh saturation/toning.
I hope that could help.
