Not saying I think Rengar is in a healthy or balanced state right now, but:

Rengar finished the game 25/12, he was the strongest person in the entire game

You were playing Vayne and almost 4-5 levels behind at all points. You finished the game at lv14, he finished at lv18.

He was 100% full build with 6 AD items, three of them being lethality.

You didn't build a single armor or health item and your support couldn't shield you at all. Morgana's Black Shield only blocks magic damage and she built full AP rather than Redemption, Knight's Vow, or Locket.
Yes, in a situation like this, where you're taking essentially true damage from a 6 item full build, level 18 Assassin, while 4-5 levels behind him on a squishy ADC, **you will probably die in under a second. **
The point I am making is that no champion should be able to do that much damage that fast at any point in the game.
It's the .13 seconds that gets me. Burst assassin I don't have a problem with, 100% health faster than human reaction time (plus ping) is a problem.
I will say though, you make a poor argument. Without knowing gamestate, stats etc. this is always a poor argument. I'd say 90% of complaints like this have no gamestate stats. the 10% that do are more than enough though.
So, since this post doesn't have all the details, let's go over what we DO know: | The rengar was full build, and had 6 items instead of 5 | You were on a squishy champion and most likely had little defense to begin with | Rengar had all the lethality items

When ppl actually defend champs being able to 100-0 in .1s (3 times faster than the human average reaction time), but then talk bad about fizz taking minimum 2 seconds to kill someone even if hes 20-0.
