~Star Guardian Taliyah (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*:・ﾟ✧
(to STARt(hah i'm funny) it off I DO NOT OWN THE ART AND PICTURES I USED AS EXAMPLE) xD Taliyah still has yet to get a new skin since release, she's one of my favorite champions (even though frankly her meta is bad and she needs buffed or skill update or something) but anyways, YES! Star Guardian Taliyah i feel would be such an amazing skin ;A; she matches it so well so here's some ideas i had for what it could be like
(not sure if you guys re-use colors for star guardians, but, i'm gonna say she should be a different color than the others right?)

her hairstyle could be one of these maybe? Short thick Twin Braids (with bangs), Short Pigtails(but i feel this is kinda reused >->), perhaps a thick braided ponytail? or maybe Twin Buns :D also a cute star guardian looking bow maybe or two :3 (if twin buns perhaps she can have sailor moon type jewels on them lol)
~Her abilities can look something like this in game c:
Passive, Riding a shooting star (yeh :3) (Or perhaps she has a pet like the other star guardians and rides him/her? :o
Q- Shoots stars (duh xD) extra glitter for everything pls xD and it can make little zoom sparkle sounds when they shoot >w<
W- Maybe she has a pet and her pet can Come out of the ground and knock up the enemy? other that that, stars can be involved xD
E- A landmine field of stars makes the most sense to me xD
R- Riding a shooting star on a wall of glitter and stars and galaxy looking stuff i think that could make for a pretty ability (or perhaps rides a pet as before)
