Some ideas for abilities would be:
Q: Shoots out a blast of water that splits into 2
W: Opens up a trench like in the ocean.
E: Not entirely sure
R: Shoots out a stream of water

Nice concept, I could see this being a potential pool party skin though.
Maybe E could be like a sinkhole and sand floats up the way it might when shifting on the ocean floor due to ocean waves/creatures moving in the water.
E could be a geyser.

We need more Deep Sea skins in LoL. I like this concept!
