Some ideas for abilities would be:

Q: Shoots out a blast of water that splits into 2

W: Opens up a trench like in the ocean.

E: Not entirely sure

R: Shoots out a stream of water

Maybe E could be like a sinkhole and sand floats up the way it might when shifting on the ocean floor due to ocean waves/creatures moving in the water.

I was thinking about one of those gas sphincters in the ocean that blow out air, but it seemed to complicated.

Maybe a kind of tectonic plate looking thing? Just like shifting pieces of rock with bubbles coming up suddenly?
