[Warframe Champion] Excalibur

I'm turning Warframes into potential champion concepts, based off of their actual abilities and passives in the game (tuned of course), and this is my sixth one, Ember. I'm probably gonna stop for a bit, because I don't want to flood ze forums.

Tenno Arts (Passive): Excalibur gains +10% AD and +10% Attack Speed from items. Ex: Blade of Ruined King (Normal): +25 AD/+40% Attack Speed Blade of Ruined King (Tenno): +27.5(?) AD/+44% Attack Speed.

Slash Dash (Q): Dashes 300 units towards the cursor, dealing 10/25/40/55/70 (+40% AD) physical damage to any enemies hit. Damaging an enemy champion will reduce the cooldown by 30%. (5 Second Cooldown [STATIC])

Radial Blind (W): Stuns and blinds enemies within 225/250/275/300/325 units of Excalibur. Enemies are stunned for 1.25 seconds and blinded for 2 seconds. (16/14/12/10/8 Second Cooldown)

Radial Javelin (E): Throws Javelins in a cone, dealing 45/75/105/135/165 (+30% AD) magic damage and knocks them back 325 units. If they collide with terrain, they take an additional 30/50/70/90/110 (+20% AD) physical damage. (22/20/18/16/14 Second Cooldown) (55° Cone || 500 Range)

Exalted Blade (R): Excalibur summons his Exalted Blade for 8/10/12 seconds, granting his basic attacks 30/50/70 (+50% AP) bonus magic damage, and his R to be recast until the duration ends. Recasting R Will launch a spirit sword 650 units, dealing 50/90/140 (+50% AD) physical damage, which has an internal cooldown of 0.75 seconds. Pierces through enemies. (130/115/100 Second Cooldown)
