[Warframe Champion] Ash

I'm turning Warframes into potential champion concepts, based off of their actual abilities and passives in the game (tuned of course), and this is my first one, Ash. Not Ashe.

Ash is tricky for me. I don't really know what lane Ash would be played in, but I think he might be a top laner or another AD mid laner. I'm not really sure about this one.

Tormented Bleeding (Passive): Basic attacks and damaging abilities will apply a true damage bleed over 5 seconds equal to 25% of the damage done by the ability.

Shuriken (Q): Launch a shuriken, dealing 60/105/150/195/230 (+70% AD) physical damage. Deals 35% of the damage over 5 seconds in addition to the passive, as true damage (total of 60% over 5 seconds) (80/75/70/65/60 Energy) (12/11/10/9/8 Second Cooldown) (750 Range)

Smoke Screen (W): Ash targets an area, blinding all enemies hit for 1.25/1.5/1.75/2/2.25 seconds, and Ash goes invisible for 3/3.75/4.5/5.25/6 seconds. Restores 5 energy for every unit hit and 15 for every champion hit (40 Max Energy restored) (110/100/90/80/70 Energy) (24/22/20/18/16 Second Cooldown) (600 Cast Range || 225 AoE Range)

Teleport (E): Teleports to a target, amplifying all true damage from you in the next 1.75 seconds. Damage deals +10/15/20/25/30% true damage. Applies to DoT's until the duration ends, rather then the amplification window. (30 Energy) (19/17.5/16/14.5/12 Second Cooldown) (350/375/400/425/450 Range)

Blade Storm (R): Teleports to an enemy champion, becoming untargetable, dealing 100/175/250(+35% AD) physical damage + 15/20/25% of their missing health as damage. If there is another enemy champion within 700 units, he will teleport to that champion. He can deal damage to up to 5/6/7 times, but can only damage 1 champion 2 times max. He cannot damage any champion two times in a row.
