Concept for ultimate Hecarim skin

This is what I sent to riot,

"Hello there riot, I know you guys must get a lot of these, but I was talking to a friend (poenskop) and we just came across this idea. With the release of DJ sona and the fact that she is able to basically have 3 skins in one, we were wondering if something similar could be done again on another champion? The one we have in mind is Hecarim. With his rise in popularity now due to lcs and his recent buffs an ultimate skin on him would be amazing. But what would justify an ultimate skin on him. We are suggesting a Hecarim that is modeled after the 4 horse men of the apocalypse. As in his q would make him appear to be modeled after war, his w pestilence, his e famine and his r death. I know that isnt very much to go on and could be hard/impossible to implement. But we just thought that it would be an awesome idea maybe one you guys havent considered yet?
