You can tell something is broken when a 0/6 firoa can kill a 4/0 J4 with nothing more than r, q, auto, q, and e. 100-0 while the J4 couldn't even get her below half while he used full rotation. Balanced.
She had hydra and tier 1 boots. That's all. While J4 had ninja tabi Sun fire cape, vamp scepter and tiamat.

But you know you said it yourself, she was 0-6 in the same game that J4 was 4-0. Then after she killed him, she was 1-6 and he was 4-1. If she became 0-7 and he continued as 5-0, would you say the game was balanced? Ignoring that Fiora is actually 0-6 and J4 is 4-0 but somehow Fiora needs the nerf . . ..
I think she's mid- to late-game. I do not really think champs should be balanced to be good late game and poor early game, but that's Riot's model.
I don't like getting my butt handed to me early game when I am Fiora. But it is satisfying handing butts later game. Though she's not necessarily going to win every trade or even team fights now.
falldown0101 votes^ i can releate, fiora early game is well really bad, and if you play against a jax, who knows how jax truly works, he can easly devtate you, but when you know when to use your w , you can block his stun and that to turn the tides, since many people underestimate her its kinda normal, and your example shows it as well.

hm then whats your opinion on garen if i may ask ? its true her dual power is quite big, but she still needs skill if she misses her w against a jax by example, then jax could easly punish her for it if you compare her to riven or yasuo who almost every player can master after a couple games

Firoa had an anoe ult (if triggered or the target dies) heals a ton to her whole team. Plus she can negate a lot of dmg and spells in a 0.75s window. Sure its not easy but it's too rewarding and not punishing enough if she miss uses it. Also she can do %true dmg to all targets. Garen can only do it one at a time.

still his ult hurts, since top lane is mostly a tank meta, if you miss more 42% of your health, he can insta kill you, if you are marked, atleast that applies to tankyness and when garen has a couple points in his ult

THE RlVER KlNG1 votesSame thing happened to me. I was 7-3 Shen with randuins, Sunfire, Triforce, and merchandise treads. She was like 2-5 with Ravenous and swiftness and like a pickaxe. One shot (4-shot) me with ult. Rito plz. After I totally outplayed her in lane too.
