@Riot: Can you tell us more about your plans with skins, please?

I noticed when looking through the store that most of the older champions have 4-6 skins available in the store. Several of those champions also have limited availability skins, but no one has more than 8 skins (e.g. Katarina, Teemo). I understand that with your goal of keeping the game running even on old toasters, you want to limit hard drive space as well as load times etc. So that means you can't release an infinite number of skins. With that in mind, I would like to know more about what your plans are for the future.

1. Do you plan to have a fixed limit of 8 skins per champion, until you have 8 skins on all champions?
2. Do you plan to have a fixed limit of 6 skins per champion in the store, moving some skins per champion to limited availability to keep this goal?
3. Are you making a conscious effort to "catch up" on newer champions and giving them the same number of skins as older champions?
4. Will you at some point start to retire skins from the game entirely, refunding the players who have them, in order to give place to more visually appealing skins? Or will you eventually increase the skin limit (if there is one)?
5. There are many themes in skins (e.g. Pentakill, Arctic Ops, Arcade, Pool Party...) but many of those themes only have 2-3 champions with skins so that it is impossible to make a full team of 5's. Do you have any plans to fill out those themes, or will they just remain solitary?
6. In the regional skin themes, USA and China looks to be a bit overrepresented. Several regions only have a single skin to represent them. Will regional skins be added based on the popularity of the game in those regions? Or do you have other criteria?
7. Are skin additions entirely random (they do seem to be, except for the occasional theme like pool party) or do you have a plan to make skins more consistent and possible to combine teams with the same theme? If you do have a plan, why is it that it takes so long time to fill out some themes while others are filled all at once?
8. Anything else you want to share about future plans or limitations due to space/hardware?

PS. Sorry for initially posting in the wrong board. I was looking for "General Discussion", but it wasn't in the options, and this didn't seem like a "concept"... Feedback for board guys; your divisions of categories are not obvious/intuitive.
