Item Concept: Pursuer's Edge

This jungling item mimics the cleanse/barrier summoner spell and should be useful for ganks and late game. It is a supportive item that should be good on any jungler. I do not think it is that OP either.

Unique Active: Absolution: Reduces the duration of current and oncoming crowd control effects by 65% for 3 seconds. (Not including knock ups or suppression). Additionally, grants a shield worth 90-300 damage based on level. (90 second cooldown)

Can be cast on allied champions or yourself.
