That would be because there isn't one. The most we can guess is it will be sometime during patch 5.7 or 5.8 aka the soonest it would be is in April.

watch this happen:They realease the skin spotlight and all that stuff, then on april first near midnight tweet that its not coming out till season 6. GG RITO.

Well, assuming all testing goes well without any major errors, I'd guess that it will come out some time during next patch.

If that falls through, I'm sure it will be the patch after.
