I went and watched the replay like others suggested so that I can get better. Loss was due to AFK troll, who happened to come back when we were winning, in order to feed other team. Replay was super helpful thanks!

Well none of your teammates have exhaust, which is always a big helper in teamfights. Having 2 teleports seems a bit overkill--it can work, but at bronze level it's uncommon for teams to have the level of communication required for it to be super effective. Honestly, I'm not a fan of your build either, considering Liandry's is pretty much a core item for AP Teemo. Nashor's would also be a better pick than hurricane, since you have hardly any CDR and it gives you AP. You're probably wanting to spread your poisons more with hurricane, but that really only serves to improve your waveclear, and you already have a Luden's. Hextech revolver has also been nerfed over the past few seasons, the only people that really buy it any more are like Vlad and Akali; if you're really struggling with health, you'd be better off getting a defensive item or, heck, maybe even a bloodthirster. Besides that... I'm sorry about your double Inf. Edge Trydaqueer and your afk herp-derp no boots Jinx.
