Cant be done... exposed bone is a no no and is why sion has none anymore as well as why karthus old classic skin looked different in china. I would recommend giving her a caved in and dehydrated torso in order to maintain the overall direction and feel which would hide the exposed spine.
I doubt Riot would give a red Syndra skin, red particles.

Wont work with the bones(as so many have said).
But making her more of a Vampire theme could work? Blood Bender or something like that.
Drop the blood and make her a Witch Doctor could also work to keep a similar look without upsetting China.
