Nocturne, The living fear
Nocturne rework idea.
Keeping it curt.
Passive: Fear eater: Nocturne occasionally charges up a powerful aoe attack, that heals him, the cool down on which get reduced with auto attacks. When used on minions or non epic neutral monsters they get feared. the fear has its own internal cooldown and can only go off once every few seconds.
Q:Shade stalk: Nocturne passively gains movement speed to enemies that are slowed or stationary(such as for recalling). Actively Nocturne throws out a claw that damages all enemies in its path, Latching onto the first enemy hit. Nocturne then gains bonus range on his auto attacks against the latched target.
W:paranoia:Nocturne marks one target enemy, he then becomes camouflaged to all sight except for the target enemy. He gains bonus on hit damage and movement speed to the marked target. If he attacks anything other than the marked target he breaks camoflage
E:Shield of night: Nocturne sometime generates a spell shield. the coold own of which is tied to the rank in this ability. Actively nocturne generates a large shield and gains bonus attack speed. while the shield is up fear eater can now proc on enemy champions and dragon. The cool down on champions however is significantly less than that on jungle monsters.
