Let's talk about the Fiora update; without being Jerk Asses.

So another one, I know. I am kind of new to League having been here for two months now and I feel the burning desire to add words to the giant pile of great steaming posts. Because yes, to many of you are being ass holes about the update. So first off let me state that I love the new Fiora design. It reminds me of disney, or more specific Kingdom Hearts. And yes, it is awesome for that. And then let me speak of Fiora's new tool kit. It is f***ing great. When I first read of her new kit I was afraid it would be hard to balance, because if Fiora was to squishy she wouldn't be able to get her ult off. But if Fiora was to tanky she could kill a foe, heal her team and then ruin the day of the other team. I played her several times yesterday after the released, and yes I think she was great. Not to overpowered and I made some mistakes; but her game play is now unique unto her self. When I first started playing I bought the starter pack and played for a bit. And then went on sale for half cost RP and I was like; holy crap look at that portrait! She looks fabulous! i bought her and then I started maining her. I lost a lot because if she fell behind she was dead wait. And yes, it was clear she was just a clone game play wise. But I still loved her because she was awesome. the way she talked, that glorious three part cape that was unlike any I had ever seen. That cocky look in her face. And then the fact that she was an armored female! Not half naked (although she made that light armor look damn good) like nearly every other girl in league. There is a reason and are my main tops. When her rework was announced I basically thought it would be a free skin. Because I had encountered traditional Trundle and traditional Karma. In fact I have only every encountered traditional Trundle when PVP. So I assumed that Fiora would get a traditional skin plus the new one and I was like "Huzzah." I mean hell, isn't getting an update to his old skin and a new Captain Skin free for everyone who owns him? And then I checked the Riot boards and found that they aren't making a traditional skin for . And then I got scared. I had just fallen in love and they were going to take away my bad ass three part cape (best cape ever), and yes I have a bit of a cape fetish. And so now I just have to ask why? I've been reading through (and started making my own posts) the boards and I can't find a concrete answer as to why we aren't getting a traditional skin for . Can someone give me an link to where Riot gave there reasoning for not making a traditional skin? Or better yet can someone from Riot tell me why isn't getting a traditional skin? But regardless of my cape fetish being escewed, Props to Riot for making a good character portrait and visual update (yes the run is much better, its like a Bambi run :). And props for giving my main girl a kit all her own :D Now I'm off to get my First Win of the Day Bonus... as :D
