Lee Sin or Jarvan

Hello everyone! I am currently LvL 22, and I have devoted most of my time to jungling for a while now. I know the importance of warding, ganking, holding lanes, builds, etc. I have some good experience with champions like Xin Zhao and other easy junglers, but i am looking to get a more advanced champion. Recently ive been looking at Lee Sin and Jarvan IV . Im trying to find a decently tanky jungler but still have a good amount of AD, Hence the reason I picked these two. If someone could please explain the two in comparison and give some suggestions I would greatly appreciate it!
