[Champion Concept] Jimson, the Banished Alchemist

Name: Jimson, the Lone Alchemist Lore Ideas: Banished Ionian alchemist finds refuge in Zaun where he can experiment without limits. Has ties with Singed, and various Ionian Champions. Also agreed to aid Xayah and Rakan in their fight against Ionia (Enemy of my enemy is my friend, so to speak).
Abilities
> [P] Alchemy: An indicator will appear on the minimap when a jungle plant is about to spawn. Jimson can collect and use ingredients to create Elixirs. Create Elixirs by selecting which you would like to make above the minimap or from the shop (like Ornn’s Passive) while out of combat. Each Elixir requires two ingredients (Plant + Water/Blood). Jimson can only hold 2 Elixirs at a time. Creating a third will overwrite the first. > Jungle plants: Collected by Left-Clicking on the plants. Jimson can hold a maximum of 3 plants. Collecting a fourth will overwrite the first. > AND > Water: Collected by being in the river. Gain 1 stack per 2 seconds. (Max 2 stacks) > OR > Blood: Collected by killing large/epic jungle monsters and damaging enemy champions. Gain 1 stack for killing a large jungle monster, or 1 stack for every 200 physical damage dealt to enemy champions. (Max 2 stacks)
> [Q] Use Elixir: Jimson Consumes an elixir and gains special effects. > [Tap]: Jimson consumes his first Elixir > [Hold]: Jimson consumes his second Elixir > Passive: Additional points in this skill increase the potency of Jimson’s Elixirs.
> [W] {Placeholder Name}: Jimson throws his dagger dealing physical damage and applying on-hit effects. If the dagger hits an enemy, it remains lodged in them for 5 seconds and can be retrieved. If it misses, the dagger lies on the ground and can also be retrieved for up to 5 seconds. Retrieving the dagger before it expires reduces the cooldown of this ability by 50%. > During this time, Jimson deals 50% reduced basic attack damage, but has 25% increased movement speed toward his dagger. > If Jimson rips his dagger out of an enemy, any on-hit effects will be applied a second time, and the enemy will bleed for additional damage.
> [E] Give and Take: Dash in a targeted direction. If Jimson dashes into an enemy champion, he will knock them back, basic attack them, and apply any on-hit effects. If he dashes into an enemy that his dagger is lodged into, he will rip the dagger out, apply any on-hit effects, and the enemy will bleed for additional damage. Dashing into an enemy champion has a 20/40/60/80/100% chance of giving a random plant ingredient.
> [R] Mixed Drink: Jimson channels for 2 seconds. During this time, he mixes 2 elixirs into one, highly toxic potion. For the next 10 seconds, Jimson’s basic attacks apply Corrosion.
> Corrosion: Each stack of corrosion deals 100/150/200 True damage over 3 seconds and reduces movement speed by 10%. Max 3 Stacks.

> Throughsight (Scryer’s Bloom + Water): See through walls and brush for 10/13/15/18/20 seconds.
> Potion of Vigor (Honeyfruit + Water): Restore 10/12/13/14/15% (+1% per 100 AP) of missing Health.
> Ale of Might (Honeyfruit + Blood): Gain 1/1.5/2/2.5/3% Armor and Magic resist for every 1% of missing health for 3 seconds.
> Liquid Fire (Blast Cone + Blood): The next 3 hits from your dagger set the enemy ablaze for 50/75/100/125/150 (+.5AD) physical damage over 5 seconds. This effect will spread to any enemy units that get too close.
