A Single Reroll in ARURF is Using 2 out of my 3 Rerolls
Just noticed that rerolling champions while you have 3 charges available uses 2 rerolls instead of one.

You only have a max of 2 rerolls, it's just visually bugged showing 3.
In other words, "Because we have two rerolls and it shows up as 3, I want one more!"
