I'd like to see an In-game image (.gif perhaps?) of a skin along with its Splash art in the store.

That would be amazing, but probably not possible.
Everyone in this community runs this game on potatoes sadly, so they would constantly bash Riot and blame Riot for their 20 year old laptop not being able to load said in-game gif splash art.
As much as i would LOVE to see that idk if it'll happen. It's kinda like the whole 4k thing. Not enough people have decent enough computers so they don't focus on it as it would take devs away from other projects that EVERYONE can benefit from xD.
Blame the potatoes.
