Donger Wheels on Apex Turret? Riot plz?

Have Donger be able to move his Apex turret like Viktor ult or Tibbers? Amazing change if it comes to fuition.

That seems cool, however I don't really know if the turret needs wheels, since it doesn't move. (If it does that would be too OP.)
heimer has a rather high win rate sitting at the top 3 for the past oh idk like year in most divisions so he doesnt need a buff or nerf he is in a perfect place. like sivir!
The only thing keeping him balanced is his immobile turret.
Please dont change heimi i see how a heimi fan would love a buff but realize that afther a week or so he will be nerved into oblivian
oh ya for sure, and then riot will nerf him into to oblivion
