Ino and Hachi [Character Concept]
Ino and Hachi is an attempt to make an ad support. The abilities cause them to lean on more juggernaut builds. There is a definite space for this type of support. This is my first champion and the numbers could use some tweaking.
Abilities
Passive: Loyal Companion: Ino is followed by Hachi, a small dog who loves everyone. Hachi bites his master's target with every basic attack, dealing 8-144(Increasing by 8 every level +0.2 AD) damage. Hachi is not invulnerable and moves into melee range to attack.
Q- Strike: Passive: Increases Loyal Companion's damage by 5 for every rank Active: Hachi- Hachi leaps off his master, dealing 0.1-0.5 ad and ap ratio of the ally to a target. The target also takes 5-25% more damage for five seconds. Ino- If Ino is currently Hachi's master the damage ratio is increased to 0.5-1.0 and also carries Ino along with.
W- Fetch/Pet: Passive: Hachi- Hachi runs back to base, carrying money from Ino to purchase an item. This ability activates whenever Ino makes a purchase outside of base and none of Hachi's other abilities activate. Every rank increases Hachi's speed by 15. Ino- Whenever Ino gains gold from kills, the closest ally also gains 2-10 gold. Active: Ino pets Hachi if he is close enough. The sight of this is very calming to allies. Petting lasts 10 seconds and stops if any damage is taken. Allies within a short range are healed for 2% of Ino's max hp every second.
E- Protect: Passive: Every rank increases Ino and Hachi's hp by 2% Active Hachi: Hachi jumps in the way of on coming attacks, granting a shield to his master for 5 seconds. The shield is equal to half of Hachi's current health. If the shield is destroyed during this time Hachi becomes injured, unable to use any abilities for 50-10 seconds. Ino: Ino stands guard over an ally for five seconds, receiving 50-75% of damage that would be taken by them. Ino is unable to move more than 2 Teemos from the target during this time. If the target uses movement abilities, Ino's effect ends. If the ally has both Ino and Hachi on them they also gain 5-25% extra damage for the duration.
R- Command: Command is started at rank 1. This ability allows control over Hachi and increase's Hachi's stats. If command is targeted onto an ally, Hachi counts this champion as his new master for the purpose of abilities. Hachi may be at any range from Ino, though is not affected by movement effects and must follow though normal means.
Hachi's Stats: Health: 200 increases by 200 every rank after the first. He also gains 25% of Ino's max hp. Health Regen: Equal to Ino's +10 per rank Melee: 190 Armor: 75% of Ino's Magic Resist: 75% of Ino's Move Speed: 340 + 15 per rank + Ino's bonus move speed.
Hachi Revives after 105-15 seconds at Ino's location. (decreasing 5 seconds every level)
