Urf? Where are you?

So my friend had me all hyped up because urf was finally coming back. She said it was supposed to come out 7 hours ago from when i post this. I got on just now and nothing. I tried checking forums and there was only one other that was taken down... I have the updated client if that makes any difference but it worked for bloodmoon... I don't know I just want my urf. Any one know anything about it?
