Zilean Visual Update Needed

So with the edition of Zoe, who is a bit visually jarring compared to some of the older champions, the thought has come up yet again, when is zilean getting a visual update? Now there are several older champions in league that look a bit... not great, but Zilean is one of the worst. He looks like he is claymation style. Play him in a game with a Zoe, well, they seem like two completely different games. This can be said with any champion released within the last two years, put Zilean next to em, really seems like it is a different game.

I understand some textures were changed back when he had a rework, I like the look of time bomb, but his model itself is just hard to look at.
