I've heard that Victorious was considered the "top performing" champion of that season, and that Challenger/Championship were "runner up" picks for 2nd and 3rd.
Might just turn out that Championship is the runner-up AD and Challenger is runner-up AP, or it could be Challenger is 2nd place and Championship is 3rd, or vice versa.
Who knows.
