Shyvana Needs a Rework

Is she a weak champion? I don't know. Are there champs that need the rework a lot more than she does? Probably. Is her kit balanced and fun to play and play against? I don't know. But what I do know is... that dragons are fucking cool! She's The Half-Dragon, which warrants a rework all on its own.

The Rework

Passive: Dragonkin Human Form - Gifted with the physique of a dragonborn Shyvana takes 20% less damage from all monsters, minions, and epic-monsters. Every auto-attack generates 5 fury (max 100). Dragon Form - The might of a dragon causes Shyvana to deal 30% more damage to all monsters, minions, and epic-monsters.

Q: Dragon Gnash, Cost - 10 Fury, Cooldown - 12 seconds Active - Shyvana can temporarily transform her head into that of a dragon to chomp down on her foes. If the target dies Shyvana can cast it again. In dragon form this ability does 50% more damage.

W: Dragon's Territory Passive - Depending on the type of dragon Shyvana is, she gets a buff... Fire: +20% attack damage and ability power Water: +10% missing health regen when out of combat and gains 5 fury every second. Basic attacks now slow enemies. Cloud: +5% bonus movement speed and 15% while out-of-combat Mountain: +25% bonus true damage to epic monsters and turrets

Active - Shyvana summons a domain of raging fire/rain/wind/sand that deals magic damage to surrounding enemies each second. In dragon form the radius is doubled. For every enemy hit Shyvana gains 5 fury every second.

E: Dragon's Breath Active- Shyvana consumes all of her fury to unleash a large cone of pure dragonic energy dealing magic damage while also temporarily fearing all enemies hit for 0.75 seconds.

R: A Dragon Mark Passive - After reaching 100 fury, Shyvana permanently turns into a dragon until she is slain. She gains 1 fury every second, 100 fury at levels 6/11/16. Maximum fury is temporarily 200 while in dragon form.

Shyvana can choose to be 1 type of dragon permanently being either, Infernal, Ocean, Cloud, or Mountain. Due to the territorial nature of dragons, the only dragon that can spawn onto the rift is the dragon that Shyvana chooses to be, except for the elder dragon.

Upon slaying the Elder Dragon Shyvana will enjoy triple the benefits as opposed to double (effects of dragon slayer buff will increase by 200%).

Active - Cost: 100 Fury Shyvana spreads her wings and flies to a target location dragging all enemies along dealing damage while also providing a tailwind for her allies increasing their movement speed.

Yes you should work for Riot, you can make overloaded and broken Champions just like they can.

How do you even justify stuff like this?

Due to the territorial nature of dragons, the only dragon that can spawn onto the rift is the dragon that Shyvana chooses to be, except for the elder dragon.

One problem I see is that the Ice Drake Shyvana skin might be obsolete. On the other hand, the base skin will be a notch above Spirit Guard Udyr or, in other words, it will look cool as fuck, but then Riot will have a hard time making other skins or, in other words, profit...
