Bring back Clairvoyance!!!

-** Bring back the summoner spell Clairvoyance, and give it the ability to reveal invisible units (like towers).**

Have you ever felt frustrated because you're constantly camped, or that there is no counterplay to Akali's shroud? Well this summoner spell fixes both issues and many more. It gives a laner more agency over their lane (by warding off ganks), and it also provids direct counterplay to Champions with invisibility/camouflage.

You might argue that revealing invisible units is too strong of a counter to kits with invisibility, however that would be a double standard. Ingite counters kits with high sustain i.e, Mundo. Barrier and exhaust counters kits with high burst i.e, Assassins. Teleport remedies kits with hard poke, and a strong early game. The intensity of which Clairvoyance might counter kits with invisibility may still be too high however that can always be adjusted and changed for example, the cooldown can be increased. In addition, most kits that feature invisibility only feature it as a form of survivability; most champions like Kha'zix, and Qiyana don't need to be invisible to kill you, so the addition of Clairvoyance only serves to give the summoner an easily accessible (otherwise not accessible at all) way to counter invisibility. Not to mention the fact that you have to sacrifice a summoner spell slot.

If it is true that junglers have way to much impact on the game, then Clairvoyance is an easy way to address that issue. Not only does it keep track of where the enemy jungler is, but it also keeps track of any mia laners (roaming supports, or mid laners). While it is true that the summoner spell was removed due to its uselessness, I think we can all agree on how valuable vision is. For those unaware, the spell was removed in season 5 and it was only much later that the support role became really relevant as a position, where their true value can be seen in providing vision for their team. So having more vision shuts down early game junglers like Rek'sai, who can gank from seemingly any angle. This then separates the truly skillful junglers, from the brainless, auto-gank auto-win junglers.

Clairvoyance only brings positive things to the game by giving players more control over their game whether it would be being able to properly lane against your opponent, or avoiding enemy interference in your lane. While it has the possibility to be strong, the fact that it can be nerfed doesn't justify the continuous outright removal of the summoner spell; not to mention the fact that you still have to sacrifice a summoner spell slot. A change like this would be meta defining, and a welcome dynamic change to season 10. Even from champ select you would have to think about how to play around the enemy clairvoyance, even when sneaking objectives. The dynamic addition of Clairvoyance will help vary game experience in a way that would only make the game more enjoyable to play.

Imagine a meta where late game comps are stronger because Clairvoyance shuts down jungler help. After a while there would be no need to take Clairvoyance, however the opposing team can always suddenly bring out a hyper aggressive early game comp, forcing the late game team to take Clairvoyance. By taking it they lose out on either, flash, heal, ignite, barrier, or exhaust. In doing so the aggressive bot lane starts snowballing, and carrying the game. Clairvoyance can only reveal a small part of the map for a short period of time, so the early game jg can just gank other parts of the map. If only one person takes clairvoyance, they can only save their lane from ganks, and if everyone takes clairvoyance, then they're significantly weaker in lane.

So even if Clairvoyance does somehow becomes strong, it balances out in the end. So why not bring back Clairvoyance, buff the shit out of it, see what happens, what can possibly go wrong?
