If Marx collides with an enemy champion, he stops and spins dealing 35/70/105/140/175 (+40% Total AD) physical damage to nearby enemies and knocks them airborne.

You wont be able to pump with both hands holding a gun ;)

Passive : This passive seems similar to Caitlyn. Yours is actually a weaker version. by 10% AND by 2 extra stacks at max. plus she gets double stack from attacking in a bush. And your bonus 450 range would put your total range at 600... Cait has 650 range.

The second part of the passive, does that stack infinitely? or is there a max to the reduction in the amount it takes to trigger the passive?

Q : Does the bullet bounce infinite times till no more targets are left? if i minion gets hit does it do the bounce thing? plus once it passes everyone does it come back to hit a champion possibly again? This is similar to MF ricochet except it bounces more then one, AND it is guaranteed to hit even if you miss your skill shot. I am not aware of any skill shot which will hit regardless of missing it or not. Plus the 10% increase means that, if you hit minions as the approach you will hit the last one (or a champion behind) for (lets assume there is a cannon minion) 40/65/90/115/140 (+60% Bonus AD) +80% damage added... and if it bounces back to another Champion (assume its the same one) that's a repeat of the ability damage +90%

W : This is an interesting ability, passively stores charges, upon activation is only one charge consumed? That is how it seems to be worded and i think that it should consume all of the charges instead. At max level it would only take 36 seconds to get your max bonus. This would also allow you to add about 15-20 damage per rank to it.

E : An auto trigger for his passive and a dash... with a cool down reductions and it's doubled if you hit an enemy champion. Potential lowering of Cool down is 12 seconds. Zilean has an ability that cools down everything else but that's all it does. A CDR fits in with Zileans theme but not so much with this guy. His is only a 10 second cool down.

R : It is a low powered ult with a mid cool down effect that you use your E to lower every 17 seconds. It's rather interesting too that it is like this.

None of these abilities have any mana of energy cost...
