Quinn minor Rework idea.

Since the topic of Quinn getting some tuning/rework has come up, i've been trying to think of things that could tackle the problem of Quinn having little late game impact or similar.

So, my primary idea centres around her Ultimate.

Give her Ultimate the ability, at level 2-3, of being 'recast', allowing Quinn to be picked up by Valor and returned to a position she was previously at, or even a place of choice (within reason). An escape similar to Ekko's ult, or if targeted, re-position safely in a team fight (akin to Vayne's ult stealth, but only usable once after your initial engage. A targeted re-position ultimate though would be far too powerful for dueling situations, something Quinn is already top-notch at. Though it might tackle the mid-late game problem where tanky types can often just chase her down and she has no ability to really stop their onslaught of CC. This would only work if you managed to engage combat with your E, ability will not work if you take champion damage and your ult is cancelled (if that even needs to be said). After using the re-cast, your Ult, or AT LEAST the re-cast ability, would then go on an extra cooldown (say, like any other ultimate).

This would give Quinn a high(-ish) impact ultimate which most people agree is the main reason Quinn is lacking in team fight scenarios, where most team fights come down well executed high impact abilities.

This is just my main idea so far. Wonder what people think of this. She might need to be tuned in other areas to make this fair. She already has some very strong squishy destroying skills, so it might obviously completely unbalance her if this or something similar were implemented.

I had to rush off to work before going into detail as to why I think this change would be appropriate.

I think a change like this would benefit Quinn in her mid-late game effectiveness because of her extreme vulnerability to CC and gap closing champ. When team fights come around, because Quinn has one of the lowest AA ranges in game for a Marksman, and the natural Danger Close nature of her E, she ends up being in the most hairy situations without any way to counter it. She's not tanky so she can't tank being focused, and almost no positioning is required by her opponents to counter her dive due to that short range. Any point and click stun or snare or otherwise can hit her and opponents barely have to acknowledge her presence (I mean, all it takes is a Ryze snare or Darius grab and she's done for, in those types of situations).

Having the ability to duck out after a dive may well be the only thing that would give her any chance at remaining a threat/make opponents consider her more than just a focus target, and/or force them to use more than 1 form of CC/control to stop her being able to escape

To further extend on another option for her re-cast of her ultimate, would be having her able to completely disengage in a 360 degree radius, something akin to a TF ult, but with a minimum range (think, Darius Q effective range, but on a map-scale type of deal). It could also give her the ability to re-position behind the enemy siege/defense and force them to engage, etc. It could give her maybe too much power to take out people who've run from a fight at low health, being able to pop down on whoever is 10% hp and pop them.

But it's just an idea.
