Auto Fill (OCE)

Right now Auto Fill is on about 20 hours a day due to 2 separate ranked queues.

I could rant on forever about what's wrong with it being on all the time, but i'll just say, if any devs see this, please administer a lower threshold for auto fill on the OCE servers.

PS. On a side note, please implement draft pick normals, even if it means removing blind pick. Auto fill for that would be completely fine and understandable, as almost always someone is forced to fill anyway.

I post here as the OCE boards don't seem to be a place devs hang out.

To give context. Auto Fill would be on, before the new ranked queue was implemented, between the hours of 4/5am - 9/10am at the latest. but now it only seems to be off during the absolute most peak times when people are out of work/school/revving down for the night (which doesn't mean anything to someone who works evenings/nights)

Also, what I find at the moment is, i'll go through 20 odd queue dodges (other people, that is) before a game actually starts, so games end up taking 20+ minutes to actually happen anyway.
