Empress LeBlanc skin idea
This is my next Leblanc skin concept that I have come up with. Again no pictures cuz im no artist. Although is someone is willing to do if cough free of charge then just put a link down in the comments with a picture of it. This skin was what I kinda imagined if LeBlanc got the victorious skin for season 6 but, now that we know its not her I decided to name it Empress LeBlanc.
Appearance - The staff: the staff itself will be just a little bit more silver than classic and all the yellow will be replaced with dark blue (not navy but just a little dark). The gems will also be the same color as the blue. She will wear a silver crown that (almost like a tiara) meet into the center of her head and will have a sapphire gem at the top. She will have a long skirt that is white with a shade of grey. Streaks of blue will run top to bottom. Her top (bra?) will be kinda like morgana's (classic skin) but silver and is attached to her shoulder plates. Those will be silver with the dark blue outlining it. She will have have translucent white sleeves that go down to her elbows. On both wrists she will have silver bracelets with a sapphire gem on them. Her cape will be drape from her arms (so like its a regular cape but it also hangs from her arms just a bit). The cape will be (oh you guessed it) dark blue but just a teeny tint lighter. On it she will have a narrow diamond in the center. Next to that diamond she will have these thingies (kinda look like { }'s). The diamond and the thingies will be a tint brighter than the cape (I keep saying thingies xD). Her shoes will be dark blue and flat.
Skills (current kit) - all flame will be dark blue.
Sigil of Malice - projects a dark blue orb (kinda flamey) toward an enemy. On impact it will have a short burst of flame and will continue burning. The sigil will have a brighter blue diamond in the sigil Distortion - Her position will be the same as ravenborn midair. Blue flame will come out from behind her mid air and when she lands the blue flame will also have a short burst. Her back-pad thingie will be a round circle that is dark blue and has two diamonds intersecting eachother. When she teleports back, she will be engulfed with the blue flame and so will the pad thingie. Ethereal Chains - sends out dark blue chains that will be lightly on fire. When it lands, blue sparkles will fall on the enemy. The chains will burn just slightly more until they root. When they root, the two circles will surround them (the same as the port pad) and will be slightly on fire with more blue sparkles falling on them. Mimic - all skills to be turned to a dark purple and will be slightly more on fire. Mirror Image - Will be engulfed with blue flame and the same will happen when she reappears. The clone will have the green and red colors.
Her recall animation - a throne will appear and she will sit in it. After she sits down she will raise her staff and it will glow significantly more than usual. As it glows blue flame will gradually circle her and her chair. When the recall ends she will vanish back to the fountain. Once she gets there she will get back off her chair and return to her idle animation.
Splash art- she is sitting in her throne with her staff. The staff is pointed outward kinda like classic except she is sitting at her thrown with a smirk on her face.
