This will introduce a new form of auto attack referred to as ‘Tethering’. Attaches to a target to deals slow and consistent damage. Can not be adjusted by attack speed or cool downs. Can not be stopped by blinds or silences.

Passive: Basic attacks are replaced by a ‘Tether’. Can ‘tether’ a target to deal damage to enemy units, or heal friendly champions. Can not heal ally minions. Can not move while ‘tethered’. One second cooldown between switching targets. Hard crowd control stops this effect.

Q: Launches a medium ranged beam in a line, stopping in the first champion hit. If a champion is hit, the beam burst, dealing splash damage to enemy units and heals friendly units; includes minions. Casts directly to ‘Tethered’ units.

W: Passivly increases mana regeneration while ‘Tethered to an ally champion, and increase heath regeneration while ‘Tethered’ to enemy units.

E: May only cast while ‘Tethered’. Grants a regenerating shield on-self that increases the longer the target is ‘Tethered’,up to a cap. Taking damage or moving resets cooldown and stops shield growth. (Ultimate adjusts this effect: exception on movement)

R(Ultimate): Removes all CC effects from self and ‘Tethered’ unit, including enemies. Reveals a large area around self, ‘marking’ all ally champions; marked champions take increases healing from ‘Tether’, and can be ‘Tethered’ from any distance. Enemies are temporarily revealed but are not ‘marked’ and take increased damage from ‘Tether’. Can freely move while ‘Tethered’ during corse of ultimate.

Role: Support/Mage Strength: Potent healing Weakness: Minimal mobility, low defense Style: Plays defensively with occasional poke. With low mobility makes warding difficult and prone to ganks. Find a safe spot behind minions or in a bush to provide the maximum healing to allies, using Q while Tethered eliminates the potential of missing the skill shot. Should avoid skirmishes and team fights until ultimate is ready. Changing targets properly is essential to successfully mastering this champion.
