(Gameplay) Wall Bugs, and Bugs in the Wall

Wall Bugs I just played a game as Trundle vs a Gangplank(GP) as you assume in top lane, When I started to chase GP into the bush in jungle just below top lane. to stop him I threw up my pillar and pinned him against the wall, for a moment he stopped, then it seemed as if he got sucked into the wall and then walked out of it near by, while I was stuck behind my pillar and couldn't do the same. Bugs in the Wall I have had an event where I was playing in the jungle and was trying to capture a scuttlebutt(bug) on the top side jung, near mid lane. The long wall that touches the top, lower side of mid lane also seemed to allow the scuttlebutt to walk into it but not exit, and I could still hit it, however it didn't use its ( like) ability to jump away from me either. *I feel as if this may be able to happen in other spots aswell, more of as event rather then a wall bug or that the wall doesn't connect.
