In game bug, J4, Missing Auto attack animations, Passive not procing, and QE combo out of line.

I played a Ranked game with J4, using the Commando skin. i First noticed the bug before the spawn of minions when i tried to attack an out of position Vel'koz. After i tried to attack him i noticed i just stood there even though we stood next to one another ( any character could hit from the range) yet the damage came out. The attack hit the champ but then didnt animate it, on top of that, my 10% damage proc on passive didn't occur, same thing happened when i attacked the Krugs, no passive proc and the animation didnt occur. Occasionally he did auto make makes me assume it was just one of his 2 or 3 auto animations, i didn't have crit strike so i couldn't see if it was bugged too. Please disable him and fix, this error was a major factor to the lost game. I also noticed that his Q would proc before his E, if you did the EQ combo too fast causing a queue cast of Q then E.
