New heimer???? /Rant

So i just recently got back into league and i just fought against a heimer and boy do i have to say hes annoying but im surprised as well.

What i find annoying is a heimer with no boots having like 419 movement speed when around his turrets then when he gets boots its like 467. Gotta say it makes playing against his super fucking annoying. 2.His auto target you turrets when he so much as nips at you or just some splash damage from his rockets on minions hits you bit annoying. 3.Even shorter cooldown on his insane damage rockets fuuun. 4.Lower base CD on grenade fun. 5.His grenade doesn't have a telegraphed hit box its really really REALLY annoying. he will lop that shit into the air and im like okay it looks like its not gonna land near me but as i just said it doesn't tell you and due to its angle well shit you can't tell either. so in the end i get hit by it even tho i think im out of it and it charge his insane damage turret beams that auto focus you.

Now what im suprised about. Im suprised they are still trying to make this work. The reason people like playing heimer is his turrets yea? Then make him about turrets literally all he is, is throw down turrets use other abilities. his abilities should affect his turrets. his turrets should be stronger healthier and he should have no AA no abilities that don't involve his turrets. when he goes to attack something his turrets should make to what hes focusing. The laser should be replaced so that its an ability he presses a button his turrets do less damage but ever shot is an AOE.

If they do that they would also need to increase the cooldown of his turrets but let him have the ability to move the turrets already placed on the ground. The way he plays now is throw down turrets harass enemy when they attack your turrets oh they killed your turret no biggie another one is back up just throw it down who cares.

Iv always hated heimer for this reason riot is like ooh look he is a turret champion hes all about them turrets but hes not. not even a 5th of his character is about them turrets they are just something you throw down for the hell of it. Most of his damage comes from his rockets or his ult.
