Juggo -The Ranged Juggernaut CHAMPION CONCEPT (updated: now include lore and item build)

Some base stats: He uses energy, not mana. Energy: 400 Base movement speed: 330 Range: 350 Attack speed: 0.65
Passive: Recon
Juggo gains 150 increased attack range every time he hits an enemy with a basic attack, stacking up to 4 times (350/500/650/800 range). After the fourth bullet, he need to reload. The reload process takes 2 seconds, and it is fixed (CD or attack speed won’t change the time). He will automatically reload after 6 seconds with not attacking.

Passive: Nucleon Bullets: Juggo uses special ammunition, so that his basic attacks can restore some energy 35/45/55/65/75.
Active: After a 0.5/0.4/0.3/0.2/0.1 second delay, Juggo transforms all the energy in his remaining bullets into one, resulting in an extremely powerful shot. This shot will deal as much damage as all of them combined. The shot restores half the energy of the combined bullets, and is a skillshot, not a basic attack. This shot will also push juggo backwards, based on how many bullets he combined into the shot (200/300/400/500 range). This shot stops after hitting one large or epic monster or when hitting a champion. He must reload afterwards, but the cooldown on this ability is decreased for every bullet not used (1 second less for each).
W: Energy Field Cost: 80 energy Cooldown: 40/35/30/25/20 seconds
Active: Juggo places a field of energy (as big as Yorick W), that slows enemies inside by 5/8/11/13/17%, but when they go through and out of it they will be slowed 10/15/20/25/30% instead for 1 second. Hitting a Nucleon Accelerator shot at them while the slow persists will stun them for 0.2/0.4/0.6/0.8/1 seconds instead and deal bonus magic damage.
E: Energy Converter Cost: 20 energy Cooldown: 20/19/18/17/16 seconds
Passive: Juggo’s special bullets (and fists) is made so that he can heal himself when damaging enemy champions. He heals for 2/3/4/5/6% of missing HP over 2 seconds. This doesn’t stack, so dealing damage again will only heal him 2 seconds after hit.
Active: Instead of refilling energy when basic attacking, he ionizes the energy in each shot/melee attack so that they deal bonus magic damage instead on impact. When this ability is on cooldown, the passive is as well.
R: War Machine Cost: 100 energy Cooldown: 120/110/100
Passive: Fast hands: removes 0.34/0.67/1 second from his reload time
Active: Juggo jump into the air with assist from some powerful thrusters and transforms into a machine of war, then lands on target area. The area where he lands is ionized, damaging enemies inside every second and slowing them by 90% for up to 2 seconds. Juggo’s base movement speed is increased to 340/350/360. Juggo can still attack from range with his left arm (range = 600 at all time, and his reload time is always 1 second) but if he is in range = 200 from an enemy, he leaps to them and uses a powerful melee attack (range = 125). Every melee attack deals 65/130/195 + 1% of his maximum health as bonus physical damage (and restore twice as much energy), but the first one on an enemy deals 75/150/225 + 2% of his maximum health as bonus physical damage instead and stun them for 1 second. The ultimate last 8 seconds.
Some backstory:
• Juggo is small and not physically fit for fighting, but his geniality with machines
and science makes up for that.
• He is a realist, but a positive one (as long as he is winning, at least) and he always think of a solution on problems that he might encounter.
• Juggo is especially interested in atoms and nucleons. He did research energy sources for the future world on college and managed to make a reactor that made electricity out of thorium (this is what powers his mech).
• He made a suit that was powered by his reactor, and it was supposed to be used to work in radioactive places and be a multiple-use-machine that could assist builders and scientists in their work in dangerous places.
• After Noxus attacked Bandle City, he wanted to join and defend his homeplace but he wasn’t any fighter. He instead improved his prototype and made it more fit for fighting. Its weapon was first only his gun, that he held in his hands. This was what he fought with, but as the battle raged he went out of ammunition. He jumped behind cover, and began working out an alternative solution. Since the mech already had proven solid against enemy weapons, he just made it so it could fight without a gun. This was the first model of what today is known as the “war machine”.
• After victory over the noxians, he was praised as a hero of Bandle city, but it wasn’t for long. He was later almost forgotten, and that was something Juggo found quite bad. He later hid away, just to work with his projects. He didn’t go harm or mad at his fellow yordles; just sad and unsatisfied.
• Juggo was on the same team as

• Juggo uses his skill to outsmart his enemies. His enemies are everyone who seeks to hurt his friends and what he believes in.
• Juggo usually tend to stay out of trouble, but when it goes too far or one of his friends is in danger, he doesn’t hesitate to burst in and help.
• Juggo has stayed passive for long enough, now he is back! He finished with his work, project: War Machine.
Friends:
• He has shown to work well with
, even though Juggo thinks he can be a little “mad” somethimes.
• Juggo tried to talk to
once, but he only begged him to make bigger bombs for him …Which Juggo immediately thought was a bad idea.

• Juggo hates Noxus. He doesent like the idea that only the strongest are respected and the weak are suffering. He thinks it is the duty of all that is strong, to protect those who aren’t (This is why he likes

• Juggo met
once, but he didn’t talk to him for long… Juggo thinks Skaarl is a good fellow though!
• He doesen’t think any good can come from the shadow isles either.
• Juggo think that the void is primitive. He once said: “Survival of the fittest, that’s still a rule in the Void. How long was it, when that was a rule for us too? 5 million years? Or was it 5 billion?”
**Item builds: **
**Core: **
: Increases his movement speed when attacking, giving him the ability to stick more on to his enemies. It also gives him CDR and health, which is good for him too. The armor reduction is nice too.
: He is slow, and may need to walk faster. He is ranged, and will probably not take as much damage as a melee champion anyway.
Defensive:
: Increases his sustain from E. Also gives him health, that he also scales with. CDR is also nice, because he has very long CD on his abilities.
: Can be of good use, to make him more tanky, as well as slow down enemies that are catching into him.
: Give him extra CC on basic attacks, and health + damage.
: Health + damage. Also a shield when taking a little too much damage.
Offensive:
: MR and damage + armour pen. If you are against a champion who deal too much magic damage to you.
: Can be good to increase his short range. It also stacks very good with the last shot on his passive.
: Increase is attack speed, give him more sustain (life steal) and also a way to slow down enemies that either are escaping or trying to kill you. The active can be god to use when you need to reload anyway.
: Yea; attack speed and damage. He does mostly physical damage, so armour pen. is good too. Movement speed is always nice, he needs it!
: Life steal for sustain, AD for damage, and magic resist. The active can be good when taking heavily CC, and he can after use Q to get away.
: CAN be an option, but I don’t recommend building items with stats you don’t need (mana). You are better off with black cleaver instead (my opinion.
CDR: is generally useful to reduce the long CD on his abilities. Health: Makes him more tanky, and it scales well with E and R.
