Qii (Chi): The Mage-Brawler

Reasoning: This person is an AP Fighter/Assassin who can go Top or Mid. He can either build full damage and melt through the enemy or build a little tanky. He lacks any form of engage or disengage so he is easy to kite.

Backstory: Dear Diary: My first entry, what is their to say, oh an introduction. My name is Qii, but my friends call me II, like 2 not eye eye. Though I guess with my name it would seem like a neat Idea, They saved me from a scientist of Zaun who was experimenting with me. I couldn’t write or talk before I was rescued, but then X, VI, and XII came and saved me and taught me these things. I was apparently having my genes magically modified, whatever that means, but I know that it’s why I can do what I can do. VI gave you to me and said you’d would probably be my best friend, so I hope we can be that.

Dear Diary: Today I got some money winnings from the ring, I think it was 3 augmented war hounds and I won, I bought some food with my winnings and gave them to the Gang. XII, X, and VI were chatty today, VI said something about going to Piltover and making a heist, X seems annoyed and XII is worried but I think VI can handle it. Addition: I think VI is cute, I used to spar with her and I always liked to get closer than usual don’t tell anyone though, it’s our secret

Dear Diary: It’s been a week, VI has not returned and X seems to be silently suffering. or at least when she is not talking to the guns. XII and I have been working overtime to keep the Gang safe but more and more faces are added to the wall each day. VI’s face was finally put up their by the end of the week and XII ran away, the table was quiet that night. I miss VI Addition: My repeated victories caught the attention of the owners and have invited me to a special match they’re are planning to have with a large prize pool; I accepted the offer.

Dear Diary: 3 months later and something big happens, I won the match. I don’t exactly remember what happened but that augmented body builder had almost killed me when I suddenly started to see red, things went blank but at the end I was on top of him and he was mutilated. When I got back XII said that X went after VI with the biggest guns she had, and that VI is alive and working as a pilover officer. I was not sure wether to be happy, upset, or worried. Either way I knew what was needed. I told XII that I was going after them, but first I got IV and III some augmentations, just small ones to replace their missing limbs and broken organs., and got them to help out XII. I now head to Piltover, with a long journey ahead of me I hoped that I would not be late, X apparently took a barrage of “Borrowed” Rockets to their, I think she’s gone crazy. “If I had my way, those Pilti’s would learn some manners” Qii

Physical Description: Male, Long Dark purple hair bound in a pony tail with red streaks. white, and a thin well built body, wears a sleeveless Leather Jacket and white T-Shirt and a II tattooed on his head

Mental Description: He is a calm and collected kid who is street smart and has a supportive demeanor. is a strong fighter but not a strong thinker outside of anything combat wise.

Voice: He sounds something like Axel from King of Fighters.

Abilities Passive: Inner Yaji: Whenever Qii takes or deals damage he will generate 5 rage (Max of 100), Rage will degrade by 5 rage per second. At 100 Rage Qii will be silenced but gain 10 (+5 per level and +1 per 5 Rage) AD, 100 Movement Speed, and .5 Attack Speed (Not affected by Attack Speed cap), his Auto-Attacks give him a bonus 50 Movement speed for 2 seconds. This lasts for 5 seconds in which after words you can’t gain any rage for the next 3 seconds. Cooldown: 30 seconds

Q: Ragefire Fist: Qii focuses his emotions to conjure fire over his hands making his next 1/2/3/4/5 auto attacks deal 70% of his AP in bonus Magic Damage and generate 5 rage. If Qii has Inner Yaji while the Ragefire Fist is still active his next auto attack will instead deal 200% of his AP in bonus damage but will consume 100% of his current rage. Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds

W: Sweeping Wind/Crushing Earth: Qii sweeps his legs in front of him (Range: 410 Arc, 100 wide) dealing 100 (+.2 AP) Magic Damage and slowing them by 15%/25%/35%/45%/55% for 2 seconds. If he hits someone he can cast Crushing Earth, jumping in the air and rapidly kicking all champions hit by Sweeping Wind dealing 70/90/110/130/150 (+.4 AP) Magic Damage and stunning them for 1/1.3/1.6/1.9/2.2 seconds. If you have 50 rage when you cast Crushing Earth you will consume 100% of your current rage healing you for 15% of your missing health and giving you 4/8/12/16/20 Armor and MR. Cooldown: 18/17/16/15/14 seconds

E: Thunder Striker: Qii charges his hand with lightning and then thrusts his hand forward like a spear (Range: 380 long, 75 wide) dealing 120/130/140/150/160 (+.6 AP) Damage to the first enemy hit and half that much to 6 additional enemies. For the next 4/5/6/7/8 seconds he will have + 5/10/15/20/25 AD (+.1 AP) and 6%/8%/12%/14%/16% Attack Speed (not affected by Attack Speed cap). If you have 100 Rage while Thunder Striker is active your attacks will remove .2 seconds off your cooldowns for the duration of Thunder Strikers effect. Cooldown: 15 seconds.

R: Tidal Wave Takedown: Qii jumps into the air summoning a tidal wave below him and then slams into a target champion (Range 600) dealing 200/400/600 Magic damage (+.65 AP) and 45%/55%/65% damage to all other nearby enemies (Range: 400) knocks them back and slows them for 15%/25%/30%. This ability also executes the target if they are under 25% health and the knockback executes enemies under 15% health. If he casts this with more than 75 rage he will fill up his rage bar and his auto attacks while under his passive will make him jump to the target (Range: 420), slowing them by 20%/25%/30% for 1.5 seconds. If he is able to kill the last person he jumped to within the next 3/4/5 seconds he will refresh his passives cooldown Cooldown: 100/95/90 seconds
