champion concept: Reznik. The manipulator of souls

So I've been thinking about this champ for a while now and decided to post my ideas and see what you guys think:

Lore: He is shrouded in mystery. A 'man' of the shadow isles who is only known by the League of his connections with souls. All champions who are involved in the league say they hear a voice when they have been chosen for battle. Not from their minds, oh definitely not, but from deep within. "summoner X has picked you for battle. Bring me the souls of your enemies" he says (according to the champions). Further reports revealed that upon death a menacing figure appears before them saying that the stronger they are, the longer he feasts on their souls before returning them back to their bodies back in the base. "I am nothing special. I just like seeing them grow strong before using that power against them" -Reznik

Passive: Soul Feast For every enemy champion in a certain area, Reznik gains 5/6/7/8/9/10 hp regen per 5 sec (increases every 3 levels). each enemy champions lose 5/6/7/8/9/10 hp regen per 5 sec if within this area Reznik cannot gain stats upon leveling up due to his reliance on souls

Q: Soul's reluctance Passive: for every minion/monster killed, Reznik permanently gains 0.3 attack damage and 0.2 AP AND 2 AD and AP upon champ kill/assist Active: lunges forwards dealing 75/100/125/150/175 + 25% ad + 25% ap in a straight line. enemies hit are slowed (cuz he draws in their souls upon touch) mana cost: 20/30/40/50/60 cd: 10/9/8/7/6

W: Distasteful Soul Passive: for every minion/monster killed, Reznik gains 0.3 armour and 0.2 MR permanently. gains 5 armour and 3 MR upon champ kill/assist Active: Reznik causes the selected champion or minion's soul to be horrid, causing it to be marked with DS. Distatseful Soul: surrounding ally minions and champions are damaged 20/35/50/65/80 +10% ad + 10%ap. The champ/minion inflicted with DS does not take damage himself mana cost: 50/70/80/90/100 cd: 20/18/16/14/12 duration: 5/6/7/8/9/10

E: Soul's Revenge Passive: for every minion/Monster killed, Reznik gains 5hp and 2 mp. upon champ kill/assist he gains 20hp and 8 mp permenantly Active: Reznik unleashes a field of souls which deal 5/20/35/50/65 damage per second for 2 seconds + 25%ad +25% ap in an area. extends for 0.5sec fo each creep killed and 2 sec for champ kill/assist mana: 20/30/40/50/60 cd: 15/14/13/12/11

R: Soul Manipulation Passive: gains 0.1% attack speed for each creep killed and 1% for each champ kill/assist Active: Reznik uses the opponents soul, stealing 20/35/50% of a certain stat based on the opponent's type and adds the stolen stat to Reznik's own stats for 10/15/20 sec CD: 100/90/75 If the target champ is a : Fighter: He steals HP Tank: armour mage: ap Marksmen: attack speed + ad sup: movement + MR NB. IF a champ has both a primary and secondary type, he will steal both stats. EG. if hw used his ult on vlad, he would steal both ap and armour since vlad is a mage/tank

Strengths: The longer the game the stronger he will get He can pick and choose who to ult on which can help become a uber tank or severely weakening the opponent's adc You can either build ad or ap

Weaknesses: he does not gain stats upon leveling up (so no +90hp per level or +4 attack etc) Prevent him farming and he is under nourished his w is useless in a 1v1 as it doesnt deal damage to the champ with DS (only to his surrounding allies will it deal damage) He is a melee fighter so bother weakness and a strength
