Teemo Support Rework
I've been seeing Teemo Support gain popularity recently, and that made me think that whenever Teemo receives his VGU (or even just gameplay update) that maybe Teemo should be made to go into the support role.
Here are some of my ideas for how his abilities could be altered to be more supportive:
Passive: Kept the same for the most part, except while he is invisible, he gains increased vision range, allowing him and allies to see farther into fog of war areas. Change attack speed from invisibility to be a per-level increase.
Q: Lower base damage a little, keep the blind or change it to nearsighted, increase the range a little. Depending on what the "blind" is, could keep it targeted or change it to a skillshot.
W: Remove the out of combat movement speed (maybe, or decrease values), and instead make it so that whenever you exit stealth you gain a burst of movement speed. Active gives him and allies increased movement speed and attack speed.
E: Turn this into a passive and active ability: Passive would be that his basic attacks and basic abilities (his shrooms are relatively the same) apply a poison damage over time effect. Active would be that he throws a skillshot crippling dart that damages, slows, and lowers attack speed of the first enemy hit.
R: change it to be available at level 1: Decreased mana cost. Mushrooms would act as a substitute to getting sightstone, having lower values at level one, and slightly lower values at the next levels. The ability could be changed to be like Jayce, where it levels up naturally at 6, 11, and 16, gaining increased damage, slow, recharge rate, and storage capacity (2/3/4/5). Add while mushroom is alive and when the mushroom explodes, it reveals the area as well as whoever was poisoned for a few seconds after (maybe add true sight to reveal stealthed characters if they popped it, but I don't know).
