Yeah I am parroting a skin idea from LCK casters but I don't think it's bad at all.

Dance themed Viktor skin. Chaos storm becomes a disco ball. Gravity zone becomes some kind of dance platform and it makes stunned enemies dance. Laser becomes some kind of light show with silly tacky sound effects.
